Our case management team serves as a liaison between the insured employer, medical provider and claimant to identify and resolve difficult medical treatment plans, workers’ compensation and reimbursement issues.

Our company directly assists the insurance industry and self-insured businesses by providing a program that monitors injured employees’ medical treatment such as surgery or physical therapy, complex medical testing, durable medical equipment needs and work status. We help coordinate independent medical exams (IME) and provide organized claimant records for each IME exam.

After a work injury is referred to us, our nurse case managers immediately conduct a personalized claimant interview either telephonically or in person (out in the field), to identify causality and any other issues that may impact treatment. We obtain and review all related medical records and attend physician visits to ensure direct provider communication. We continually encourage and monitor employee compliance with the physician’s treatment plan and therapy recommendations to ensure a timely and safe return to work for each employee.
